Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your authorized users and organization.

You must not attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, security, rate limits, suppression, or abuse controls.

Lawful and Permission-Based Use

You may use Selvora only for lawful communications.

For marketing email, you must have valid permission to contact recipients and must be able to demonstrate how the recipients were collected.

You must not use:

• purchased lists;
• scraped or harvested addresses;
• generated or guessed recipient addresses;
• deceptive sender identities;
• misleading or fraudulent content.

You must honor unsubscribe requests, complaints, and applicable suppression states.

Anti-Spam and Acceptable Use

The Selvora Anti-Spam / Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms.

We may hold, throttle, suspend, or terminate sending when we reasonably believe activity threatens recipients, infrastructure, deliverability, sender reputation, or compliance.

Customer Data

You retain responsibility for the data you submit and for having the rights and permissions needed to process and use that data.

You authorize Selvora and its service providers to process customer data as necessary to provide, secure, monitor, and support the Service.

Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability can be affected by maintenance, provider failures, internet conditions, abuse protection, or other operational events.

We may impose technical limits or protective controls to preserve platform health and sender reputation.

Intellectual Property

Selvora and its software, branding, documentation, and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Selvora intellectual property to you.

Prohibited Activity

You must not use Selvora for:

• spam or unsolicited bulk abuse;
• phishing, malware, fraud, or deceptive communications;
• harassment or unlawful content;
• evading suppression or unsubscribe controls;
• interfering with service security or other customers;
• damaging shared sender reputation;
• attempting to exceed or bypass provider/platform quotas.

Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or suspend access or sending when necessary to:

• protect recipients;
• investigate suspected abuse;
• protect sender reputation;
• comply with provider or legal requirements;
• prevent security incidents.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided subject to the limitations and availability described in these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Selvora disclaims warranties that cannot reasonably be provided for an evolving online service.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Selvora will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these Terms as Selvora evolves. Updated Terms will be published with a revised effective date.
