Anti-Spam & Acceptable Use Policy

Selvora is built for permission-based communications. Spam and abusive sending are prohibited.

Effective date ·

Permission Required

Marketing email may be sent only to recipients who gave valid permission to receive it.

Customers must maintain evidence of how recipients were collected.

Prohibited Lists and Collection Methods

You must not use:

  • purchased or rented email lists;
  • scraped or harvested addresses;
  • addresses collected through deceptive consent;
  • automatically generated or guessed addresses;
  • lists obtained from third parties without valid recipient permission.

Sender Identity

Messages must accurately identify the sender. You must not forge, impersonate, or deliberately obscure sender identity.

Unsubscribe

Every marketing email sent through Selvora must provide a clear unsubscribe mechanism.

You must not:

  • hide an unsubscribe link;
  • require login merely to stop marketing email;
  • continue marketing to a recipient after the applicable unsubscribe takes effect;
  • re-import or manipulate data to bypass a suppression.

Bounces and Complaints

Selvora processes hard bounces and spam complaints as reputation and suppression signals.

Customers must not attempt to re-enable or repeatedly send to recipients suppressed for hard bounce, complaint, or unsubscribe without a legitimate corrected state permitted by the platform.

Abuse and Harmful Content

Selvora must not be used for:

  • phishing;
  • malware;
  • fraud;
  • deceptive promotions;
  • unlawful content;
  • harassment;
  • credential theft;
  • attempts to damage or exploit mail-provider reputation systems.

Progressive Sending Controls

Selvora may progressively release large campaigns rather than sending the full audience immediately. Sending can be automatically held when bounce, complaint, provider-health, or other abuse signals exceed Selvora safety limits.

Enforcement

Selvora may:

  • delay or hold a campaign;
  • reduce sending rate;
  • block a recipient or list;
  • require evidence of permission;
  • suspend sending;
  • terminate access for serious or repeated abuse.

Protecting recipients and sender reputation takes priority over campaign completion.
